- Transfer of Funds: Move money between your accounts effortlessly by using our Crews Mobile App or logging in via desktop.
- Pay Someone: From your mobile banking account, you can send money using Zelle (not available for business accounts). See our Zelle webpage or look in the menu on the Crews Mobile App and follow the 3 simple steps to get set up.
- Balance & Transaction Inquiry: Check your balance or recent transactions at any time. Use the Crews Mobile App or desktop login to view your accounts or reach out to one of our specialists through "Conversations."
- Wires: Need to send a wire? Use the Crews Mobile App or desktop platform and start a conversation with one of our specialists for assistance.
- Order a New Debit Card: If you need to replace your debit card, simply login to the app or desktop and connect with a banking specialist for help.

Beware of Text Messages that Appear to be from Us.
Be Alert for Phishing and Spoofed Messages. Scammers often send text messages or emails that appear to be from the bank but are designed to trick you into providing sensitive information. They often “spoof” text message numbers and email addresses to make it look like the message is coming from the bank’s name, a short code, or even a familiar contact, making it difficult to distinguish from legitimate messages. Avoid clicking on any links or downloading attachments unless you are absolutely certain it is from a trusted source.
Don't Click Unexpected Links.
Links in spoofed emails or messages may direct you to fake websites designed to steal your login credentials or infect your device with malware. Even if the message looks official, always access your accounts by logging in to Online Banking or the Mobile App rather than using links provided in unsolicited communications.
Be Cautious with Phone Calls.
Scammers can also manipulate caller ID to display the bank’s name or phone number, making a fraudulent call appear legitimate. This technique, known as “spoofing,” is often used to trick people into sharing personal or financial information. If you receive an unexpected call claiming to be from us, hang up and call us back directly. Do not rely on the number displayed on your caller ID alone.

Insurance Claims Processing
As you rebuild your life, we are here to assist you through the process. Call your lender and visit a branch to begin the process.
Here is what you need to provide to your lender:
- Proof of Claim: This can be called many names including - Statement of Loss, Damage Report, or Adjustor Findings. This will help us determine what total repairs are needed.
- Invoices for repair: If you have already received quotes or invoices for repairs or mitigation, please bring them to help your lender get a full picture.
- Check from the insurance company: Be sure that your check is affiliated with our Bank. If your check from the insurance company has another bank's name on it, please seek assistance from that bank directly.
Insurance claims do not always cover 100% of the necessary repairs and additional funding might be need to fully cover the cost.
