Rob Roberts
Sr. Commercial Banker, Senior Vice President
Rob began his banking career with Wauchula State Bank, one of Crews Bank & Trust's legacy banks, in 1996 after a 10-year career as a US Army Officer and Cobra & Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot. He was born and raised in Wauchula, FL and has been with the bank family for nearly three decades.
Rob has extensive experience in commercial lending. He was the Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for Wauchula State Bank. and now serves as Director of Capital Markets Lending Division. Rob and the team are expanding the bank’s asset base through the growth of its market share of large commercial loans, loan pools, and loan participation opportunities.
Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. He has served in several nonprofit organizations over the years.

Todd Rinehart
Sr. Commercial Banker, Senior Vice President
One of Southwest Florida’s leading business bankers, Todd joined the Bank in March of 2019. He has experience in all aspects of the banking industry, earning a reputation for providing exceptional service to his clients.
Todd started his banking career in 1978 while still in high school in Cape Coral, working part time as a high school cooperative education student while attending school full time. He has a thorough working knowledge of lending fundamentals, credit analysis, interest rate risk, and financial regulatory management and reporting.
A graduate of the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida in Gainesville and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in Boulder, Todd also earned a bachelor’s degree in business management at Barry University in Miami Shores, Fla.
Todd is the past president and current treasure/secretary for the Southwest Florida Junior Golf Association and serves on the board of the Southwest District of the Florida CCIM Chapter, the premier organization for commercial investment real estate professionals. He is also a past chairman of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce.

Doug Johnson

Doug joined the Bank as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Sarasota and Manatee counties in 2018. He brought with him 21 years of commercial banking experience, including 18 years in commercial real estate lending. He had served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and business banking manager at banks in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
His familiarity with the Sarasota-Bradenton area enables him to provide financial and lending solutions designed to help clients grow their businesses, real estate portfolios and personal net worth.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 while majoring in psychology at the University of Florida. He received his MBA (Master of Business Administration), with concentrations in finance and marketing, from the University of South Florida in 1989. USF awarded him a graduate business fellowship.
Doug completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2008, as well as Risk Management Association (RMA) courses in business tax returns and commercial loan structuring. He is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of the Realtor Association of Sarasota/Manatee, Gulf Coast Builders Exchange and Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. A Leadership Manatee graduate, he served on the boards of Junior Leadership Manatee (chairman in 2003) and All Faiths Food Bank. He also has volunteered with the American Cancer Society, Boy Scouts of America and the Center for Education School Parents Association.

Andrew Foreman
Sr. Commercial Banker, Senior Vice President
Andrew, a native Floridian who was born and raised in Hardee County, joined the Bank in 2013. He graduated from South Florida State College with a bachelor’s degree in business and the Florida Bankers Association School of Banking while serving as class vice president. Andrew is currently an active member of the Central Florida Development Council and the Lakeland TigerTown Rotary Club. Andrew’s focus is on helping his customers grow their business and partnering with them on their commercial needs.
When he's not working, he loves spending time with his wife, son, and other family. He enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing and being out on the water.

Robin Carr
Commercial Banker, Vice President
When Robin joined the Bank in November of 2019, he brought with him more than 30 years of banking experience, including proficiencies in lending, underwriting and loan management. Robin grew up in Orlando and has lived in Central Florida for 15 years. He has a strong understanding of the business community and is committed to providing business owners the service they deserve.
Robin graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) degree in finance and has been involved with various Central Florida Chambers of Commerce. He has a son who is a physician's assistant and lieutenant in the Florida National Guard and a daughter who is an ICU nurse.

Stephanie Ritchie
Commercial Banker, Vice President
Stephanie Ritchie brings over three decades of banking experience to Crews Bank & Trust, having begun her career in 1990 and steadily advancing through leadership roles at various financial institutions in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Florida.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Stephanie and her family now call the Lakewood Ranch area home.
When she's not busy with her professional pursuits, Stephanie stays active with jogging, hiking, swimming, snorkeling and an occasional hunting trip with her husband. Stephanie also finds fulfillment in volunteering and community service. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her husband, adult sons, three cats, friends, and her church community.

Joanne Webb
Commercial Banker
Joanne joined the Bank in 2018 in the Credit Risk department, where she proved to be an invaluable asset. In the fall of 2020, she entered a training period to transition to a commercial banker for the bank’s Highlands County market. She spent time in both credit analysis and loan operations to expand her knowledge before beginning her lending and business development duties full time.
Joanne earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami a year after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from Florida State University. Her career of executive and management positions began with the Motorola Corp. in Boynton Beach, Fla., where she spent six years as a market research analyst, project manager, and quality control manager. She also served as a bookkeeper and commercial property manager for numerous family-owned businesses.
Joanne spent 20 years as a self-described “family manager,” which involved raising and mentoring her five children, working with a parent teacher organization and school advisory committee, and volunteering in classrooms and for various youth sports teams. Joanne’s husband, Jim, was her high school sweetheart, and in addition to their children, they have a “beautiful and perfect” granddaughter.
In 2019, Joanne signed on as a mentor for the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and she became a community board member of the organization in 2020. She moved to Sebring from South Florida about 15 years ago. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Gloria Olvera

Born in Mexico, Gloria has been living in Arcadia since she was six years old. Being fluent in English and Spanish enables her to communicate with a diverse array of customers, which is what she enjoys most about her job. She engages her customers with her vibrant personality, knowledge, and expertise, and she goes above and beyond to help them obtain the financing they need to acquire the home of their dreams.
Gloria graduated from DeSoto County High School and South Florida Community College. She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS #1741832).
Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back-office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. She also served part time as an assistant in Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
Gloria and her husband, Luben, have two sons, whom she describes as their “biggest accomplishments.” In her free time, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Her community support activities include coordinating blood drives at the bank for more than five years. A graduate of the Leadership DeSoto program in 2019, she serves on the Leadership DeSoto Steering Committee for the DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce.
