Clearing Cache & Cookies
Follow the instructions below.
When clearing your cache, the full history of the following items should be cleared:
- Browsing history
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
In most computer-based web browsers, to open menus used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac). If shortcut key doesn't work, please follow the appropriate instructions below.
Desktop Browsers

Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- From the Time range drop-down menu at the top, select All time.
- Click Clear data.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data.
- Click Clear Data.
- Check Cached Web Content.
- Click Clear.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Microsoft Edge
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser window.
- Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section.
- Click Choose what to clear.
- From the Time range drop-down menu, select All time.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Opera
- Click the Opera logo in the top-left corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Choose Time range.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear data.
- Exit/quit browser windows and re-open the browser.

Safari
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top menu bar.
- Select Settings (or Preferences).
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Check Show Develop menu in the menu bar.
- Close the settings window.
- In the top menu bar, click Develop.
- Select Empty Caches.
- Go to Safari and click Quit Safari or press Command-Q to exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Mobile Browsers
Android
The steps to clear your cache, cookies, and history may differ depending on the model of your Android device and your preferred browser. However, you should be able to clear your cache and data from your application management settings menu:
- Open Settings on your Android device.
- Tap Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Find and tap Chrome.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear cache.

Chrome for Android
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap History > Clear browsing data.
- Choose a Time range.
- Check Cached images and files (you can uncheck others if you only want to clear the cache).
- Tap Clear data.

Safari (Apple iOS)
Note: The following steps apply to the newest version of Mobile Safari for iOS. If you need instructions for older versions, you might find them in Apple Support's Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Chrome for iOS
- Open the Chrome app.
- Tap the three dots at the bottom-right corner.
- Tap History.
- Tap Clear Browsing Data.
- Select Cached Images and Files (and any other data you want to clear).
- Tap Clear Browsing Data, then confirm.
