Pittsburgh native Kevin Hagan moved to Southwest Florida with his family in 1975, when Kevin was in seventh grade. He attended Brookside Junior High and Riverview High School. In 1986, Kevin graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He began his banking career in 1987 with Barnett Bank, the largest Florida-based bank at that time.
Representing financial institutions in Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota counties, Kevin has served as Commercial Real Estate Lender, Corporate Lender, Retail Manager, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. He also has experience in branch administration and business development.
In addition, Kevin served as COO of a diversified privately owned enterprise that included construction, manufacturing, and real estate investment divisions. He was also an owner/partner of a successful medical equipment company. He became president of Crews Bank & Trust in 2018.
An active leader in the Southwest Florida region, Kevin chairs the Bay Village of Sarasota County board of directors. He is a past president of the Sertoma Club of Venice and has been an engaged volunteer in many other civic and charitable organizations over the past three decades.

A familiar figure in financial and community circles in Sarasota, Fla., Christine joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2019 as a vice president and relationship manager heading up the bank’s Sarasota office. She now serves as senior vice president of retail banking for Crews Bank & Trust and its sister bank, Englewood Bank & Trust. Christine began her banking career in 1998. She has experience in retail banking, treasury management and residential lending. As a sales manager and loan officer, she has used her skills to guide, manage and influence successful sales operations, identify and mitigate risk, empower management teams, manage strategic visions, deliver product enhancement and build strong client relationships in both the corporate and community banking environments.
Christine immersed herself in Sarasota’s business and nonprofit communities. She has been involved with Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County since 2002, serving as board chair, vice chair, treasurer and secretary. She is also a founding board member secretary of the Sarasota Athletic Association, a nonprofit focused on creating and managing athletic events to raise funds for local charities, and she spent two years on the board of the Ave Maria School for Special Needs Children.

With over three decades of banking experience, Kevin is familiar with all aspects of commercial lending, specializing in owner-occupied and investor real estate lending. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2015, he served as Senior Vice President or Vice President and three other Sarasota area financial institutions, concentrating on commercial banking and wealth management.
Kevin, who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, was with Crews Banking Corporation less than a year when he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Commercial Lender. He provides his clients, ranging from small business owners to real estate investors, with expert consultation, tailoring a financing program suited to needs.
Kevin also shares his knowledge and expertise with the community. He chairs the Economic Development, Government Issues and Transportation Committee of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is affiliated with the Venice and Englewood Area Board of Realtors. Ashley Deluca

Ashley started her career with Crews Bank & Trust in 2004 and has been in lending for more than 10 years. In 2020, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President. As both a residential and a commercial loan officer, Ashley helps oversee the lending process with her customers, instilling a strong understanding and confidence they carry from application to closing. An active volunteer for the DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce, Ashley serves as a board member, secretary for the executive committee, and as member of several other committees. Doug joined the Crews Bank & Trust Team as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Sarasota and Manatee counties in 2018. He brought 21 years of commercial banking experience, including 18 years in commercial real estate lending. He had served as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer and business banking manager at banks in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
His familiarity with the Sarasota-Bradenton area enables him to provide financial and lending solutions designed to help clients grow their businesses, real estate portfolios and personal net worth.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1979 while majoring in psychology at the University of Florida. He received his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree, with concentrations in finance and marketing, from the University of South Florida in 1989. USF awarded him a graduate business fellowship.
Doug completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in 2008, as well as Risk Management Association (RMA) courses in business tax returns and commercial loan structuring. He is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of the Realtor Association of Sarasota/Manatee, Gulf Coast Builders Exchange and Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. Born in Mexico, Gloria has been living in Arcadia since she was six years old. Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. She also served part time as an assistant in Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
Olvera and her husband, Luben, have two sons, whom she describes as their “biggest accomplishments.” In her free time, Olvera enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

Michelle joined the Crews Bank & Trust family in January 1990. She filled a variety of roles, learning from each position and advancing to management positions. She started out as a Teller, then began opening new customer accounts in 1995. Two years later, she moved into the bookkeeping department, concluding her three-year stint there as Head Bookkeeper. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations in 2005 and within four years was made a full Vice President.

Imelda Locke

Born in Texas, Imelda has lived in Florida since she was three months old and considers herself a native Floridian. Imelda entered the banking industry in Palmetto in 1996 after graduating from high school. She served as a head teller and personal banker for four years before being named an assistant vice president and accounting assistant. She added residential loan officer to her credentials in 2015 after completing lending courses through the Center for Financial Training.
Imelda subsequently became a vice president and branch manager, continuing to perform personal banker duties while managing branch personnel, initiating loan applications, and consulting with customers on a variety of issues. Brittney Anderson

Prior to joining Trust and Investment Management Services, Brittney acquired a wealth of banking and financial experience in a variety of positions involving operations, investment management, and retail and customer service.
Brittney was promoted to Vice President, Client Services in early 2022. She assists in managing individual investment holdings of clients and works with the Investment Management Team to monitor market conditions, identify objectives, preferences and circumstances to develop specific investment policies for investors. Brittney provides oversight and monitors managed model portfolios to reflect significant change in any or all relevant variables as well as assisting in business development activities.

Angie has more than 10 years of banking and financial experience. She has worked in the real estate industry and has experience in retail and trust operations. She has completed all three years of Trust School through the American Bankers Association and is pursuing her certification as a Trust and Financial Advisor.
