Justin Fussell
Executive Vice President, Community Banking Officer and Area President, DeSoto-Hardee
A proud seventh-generation Arcadian, Justin joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2022, bringing deep local roots and a strong commitment to community leadership in his role as Area President for DeSoto and Hardee Counties. In August 2026, Justin was named Executive Vice President, Community Banking Officer. In his expanded role, Justin provides oversight and direct leadership for the bank’s legacy regions, including Englewood-Boca Grande, Charlotte County, Highlands County and Sarasota County. He works closely with other leaders to advance the bank’s customer-focused approach, support employee development and promote consistent communication across the organization.
Justin has extensive experience in commercial lending, financial management and marketing and is actively involved in numerous local organizations, including the South Florida State College District Board of Trustees, the DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce, the DeSoto County Economic Development Advisory Council, youth agricultural programs, the Arcadia Rodeo Association and Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church. Fussell earned an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Fe College and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication from the University of Florida, with minors in management, sales in agribusiness and leadership.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and giving back through volunteer efforts that strengthen the community he proudly calls home.

Gloria Olvera
Vice President, Commercial Banker

Born in Mexico, Gloria has been living in Arcadia since she was six years old. Being fluent in English and Spanish enables her to communicate with a diverse array of customers, which is what she enjoys most about her job. She engages her customers with her vibrant personality, knowledge, and expertise, and she goes above and beyond to help them obtain the financing they need to acquire the home of their dreams.
Gloria graduated from DeSoto County High School and South Florida Community College. She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS #1741832).
Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in 2006, Gloria served in a variety of positions, including teller, back-office supervisor, marketing and business development, and loan clerk prior to her current post as a residential loan officer. She also served part time as an assistant in Bank Secrecy Act compliance.
Gloria and her husband, Luben, have two sons, whom she describes as their “biggest accomplishments.” In her free time, Gloria enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Her community support activities include coordinating blood drives at the bank for more than five years. A graduate of the Leadership DeSoto program in 2019, she serves on the Leadership DeSoto Steering Committee for the DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce.

Danielle Johnson
Residential Loan Originator
Danielle helps customers across DeSoto and Hardee Counties and beyond navigate the home financing process with confidence, combining local knowledge with a strong commitment to personal service. As she originates a variety of residential loans, she builds lasting relationships that reflect her connection to the communities she serves.
A Florida native, Danielle was born in Naples and raised in DeSoto County, giving her a deep appreciation for the people and places that shape Central and Southwest Florida. She earned an associate of arts degree in business management from Edison Community College, now Florida SouthWestern State College, and has completed more than 50 certifications through the American Bankers Association.
Over more than 25 years with the bank, Danielle has built a broad base of experience through roles including data supervisor, human resources manager, executive assistant and lead teller. That range of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective and a strong understanding of the many ways a bank can support its customers and communities.
Her connection to the area extends well beyond her work at the bank. Danielle supports her community through events such as 5K runs and DeSoto County Pioneer Days.
When she is not working or volunteering, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their children while camping, fishing, traveling and working with their cattle.

Michelle Potter
Vice President, Senior Retail Banking Officer
Michelle joined Crews Bank & Trust in January 1990 and has held a variety of roles, learning from each position and steadily advancing into management. She began her career as a teller in Arcadia before transitioning to new account services in 1995. Two years later, she moved into the bookkeeping department, where she concluded her three-year tenure as head bookkeeper. In 2005, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations, and within four years, she earned the title of Vice President. In 2023, she was appointed the Regional Retail Administrator for the northern region of Crews Bank & Trust, and in March 2026, she rejoined the Arcadia team as Retail Banking Officer, where she has built relationships with many customers over the years. In August 2026, Michelle was promoted to Senior Retail Banking Officer, overseeing retail banking for the DeSoto and Hardee County areas. Her expanded role helps ensure continued service excellence and employee development.
A dedicated member of the DeSoto County community for more than 30 years, Michelle has volunteered with Arcadia Main Street, Arcadia Kiwanis Club, Arcadia Centennial Lions Club, and the DeSoto County Historical Society.

Amy Underwood
Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Officer
With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Amy Underwood is a familiar face in Florida’s banking landscape. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Amy’s roots run deep. Her career began in Tampa, followed by a brief time in Georgia, before she joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016 as a personal banker, eager to make a difference in her community.
Her dedication quickly paid off. In 2017, Amy became branch manager in Winter Haven, and just four years later, she was entrusted with leading the new Lakeland branch, balancing the needs of both locations while nurturing business growth. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Relationship Banker.
In May 2026, Amy embraced a new challenge, becoming Treasury Management Sales Officer for the Central Florida area, including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. In this role, she supports businesses with treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency, help prevent fraud, manage cash flow, and support growth. Her expertise and community involvement have made her a respected figure throughout the region.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amy holds an associate degree in business management and is actively involved with the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and past Chair of the Foundation Board, where she’s been honored as a Presidential Ambassador multiple times. She is also involved with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy cherishes time with her daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.

Amber Brock
Business Relationship Banker

After moving to Arcadia in the spring of 2022 from California, Amber joined Crews Bank & Trust as a personal banker. A quick learner, she began helping with Consumer Loans/HELOCs and training new staff members. Her natural leadership abilities led her to her current position as a Business Relationship Banker.
Amber graduated from Trident University International with a degree in business administration. She is a licensed Florida loan officer certified through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS #2449769) and Notary Public.
Prior to joining the Bank, Amber worked with a medical facility for a decade where she assisted with the day-to-day success of the organization and opened new clinics where needed. She also held an important role in assisting those who lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the state of California.
Outside of the bank, Amber has a passion for helping those in need through activities such as food drives, toy drives and supporting the needs of the homeless population.
Amber and her long-term partner, Bryan, have two children and enjoy spending time together by playing video games and enjoying the local amusement parks and beaches.
