Are sports losing their shine? Today’s Chart of the Day is from Bloomberg and shows that 27% of Gen Z (currently ages 15 to 30) are decidedly "anti-sports."Older generations are only 5-7% anti-sports. Gen Z's “avid” percentage of sports fans is only 23%, which is decidedly less than 31-42% of previous generations. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the long run for the sports industry.
