The new full-service Fort Myers branch is expected to open in August 2026. The office, located at The Park Shops at Andrea Lane, 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 5, will replace the bank’s Lee County loan office, which opened in 2016. The new space is being renovated to offer a full-service banking experience, blending modern technology with the bank’s signature hometown service. Todd Rinehart, CCIM
Senior Vice President, City Executive, Lee County
Todd joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2019 and is widely recognized as one of Southwest Florida’s leading business bankers. With more than four decades of banking experience, he brings deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and a commitment to exceptional service. His career began in 1978 while he was still in high school in Cape Coral, working part time through a cooperative education program while attending classes full time.
Todd’s career includes extensive experience in lending fundamentals, credit analysis, interest rate risk, and regulatory management and reporting. In 2021, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Banker, leading the team of commercial lenders for the Southwest Florida area.
In 2026, Todd was named City Executive for the Lee County market, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to continued growth and relationship-based banking in Southwest Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the bank’s overall performance, growth and community presence across Lee County, overseeing commercial lending, business banking, treasury management, retail banking, and wealth management while leading market strategy and business development.
As part of the bank’s continued investment in Lee County, Crews Bank & Trust’s new full-service Fort Myers branch is expected to open in August at The Park Shops at Andrea Lane, 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 5. The space is being renovated to offer a full-service banking experience that blends modern technology with the bank’s signature hometown service.
Todd is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida in Gainesville and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Barry University in Miami Shores. In 2024, he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute, a credential that signifies expertise in the commercial real estate profession.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Todd has a long history of community involvement. He is the past president and past treasurer/secretary of the Southwest Florida Junior Golf Association and serves on the board of the Southwest District of the Florida CCIM Chapter. He is also a past chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral.

Cristin Madden, CCIM
Vice President, Commercial Banker
Cristin was already a familiar figure in banking and commercial lending in Collier and Lee counties when she joined the Bank in 2016. She began her career as a credit analyst at a bank in Bonita Springs in 2000, was promoted to credit manager a year later, and became a vice president and Commercial Lender in 2004, which is the same position she currently holds here at Crews Bank & Trust.
At her first bank, Cristin grew an existing loan portfolio from $50 million to $130 million in a little over four years. Throughout her banking career, she has also served as a sales and service officer, portfolio manager and business banking relationship manager at banks in Collier and Lee counties.
Cristin earned a bachelor’s degree in public health at the University of Massachusetts and an MBA in finance at Florida Gulf Coast University. An underwriting specialist in commercial real estate and other fields, she has completed a variety of courses offered by the Risk Management Association (RMA) and Lorman Educational Services (LORMAN) pertaining to loan documentation, accounting, and construction law. In 2024, Cristin was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the CCIM Institute. The CCIM title signifies expertise in the commercial real estate profession.
Cristin is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), and CCIM SWFL chapter. She is a member of NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) serving on the NABOR commercial committee and was the 2023 Chairperson. Cristin is also an active member of the Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance. Cristin graduated from the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce Leadership Collier program in 2016. She has served as a board member, board Vice President, and board Treasurer for the Bonita Springs Lions Eye Clinic. Cristin has been a Junior Achievement volunteer as well as a member of the Bonita Springs Kiwanis Young Professionals and Reading Rocks at Bonita Springs Elementary.

Kathryn Stefanksi
Treasury Management Sales Officer
Kathryn “Kathy” Stefanski joined Crews Bank & Trust in March 2026 as a Business Relationship Banker, bringing extensive experience in relationship banking and branch leadership. Her background includes serving as a Vice President and Treasury Management Relationship Manager, as well as Branch Manager and Assistant Manager, with other local financial institutions. Kathy was quickly promoted to Treasury Management Sales Officer. In this role, she supports businesses throughout Southwest Florida with treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency, help prevent fraud, manage cash flow, and support growth.
Originally from Michigan, Kathy relocated to Florida in 2020. She is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of The Heights Foundation and the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as Secretary for Keep Lee County Beautiful and is a Youth of the Year mentor with the Boys & Girls Club.
Outside of work and community service, Kathy enjoys spending time with her two adult children.

Joseph DeCamp

Joe has called Cape Coral home for the past 29 years, having relocated from Westerville, Ohio. Before joining Crews Bank & Trust, he worked for financial institutions in Lee County, most recently serving as a relationship banker for more than 15 years.
A graduate of the University of Rio Grande, Joe earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business management. He maintains Series 6, Series 63 and SIE licenses, is SAFE registered and holds a Florida Resident Insurance License – Life, including Variable Annuity.
He joined Crews Bank & Trust in January of 2026 to serve as Universal Banker for the new Fort Myers branch, which is slated to open iAugust 2026 at The Park Shops at Andrea Lane, located at 14261 S. Tamiami Trail, Unit 5.
Uriel Medrano
Commercial Banker
Uriel joined Crews Bank & Trust in May 2026 as a Commercial Banker for the Fort Myers/Lee County area. Born and raised in Southwest Florida, he brings a strong local perspective and a client-focused approach to financial services. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse community.
Uriel earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in real estate from Florida Gulf Coast University in December 2024. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust, he gained valuable experience in commercial real estate, working in property management, development analysis, and investment strategy. Uriel’s background includes financial modeling, asset optimization, and client advisory, providing him with a well-rounded foundation in commercial finance. He has a Florida Real Estate License and earned a Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification.
Uriel is passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through tailored banking solutions and long-term relationship building.
