Brad Caudill Joins Crews Bank & Trust as VP, Business Relationship Banker

SARASOTA, Fla., Nov. 5, 2025 - Crews Bank & Trust recently announced that William “Brad” Caudill has joined the Bank as Vice President, Business Relationship Banker. With over 20 years of banking management experience, Caudill brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a strong commitment to community engagement.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida, Caudill spent his formative years in Fairfax, Virginia before returning to Florida in 2013. He studied Business Administration at Northern Virginia Community College and has held leadership roles at several financial institutions in Virginia and Sarasota throughout his career.

In his new role, Caudill will focus on building and strengthening relationships with local businesses, providing strategic financial guidance, and supporting the growth of the Sarasota market.

Outside of work, Caudill is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity in Sarasota, where he was honored as one of the Top 100 Volunteers. He enjoys spending time with his wife Mandy and their wire-haired dachshund, Toffee. Brad's spare time includes beach outings, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.
