Campbell to lead Crews Bank & Trust’s Orlando expansion

Wauchula, Fla., July 8, 2026 — Crews Bank & Trust has announced that Larry Campbell has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President, City Executive, to lead its expansion into the Orlando market. The Bank plans to open a new Orlando-area branch in early 2027, pending approval from the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

In this role, Campbell will focus on building a strong local team, deepening client relationships, and delivering customized financial solutions to support businesses, professionals, and individuals throughout Central Florida. His leadership will help establish Crews Bank & Trust’s presence in one of Florida’s fastest growing markets while advancing the bank’s long-term commitment to relationship banking.

“Mr. Campbell is a builder, and we're delighted to have him lead the effort of building enterprise value through relationship growth in Central Florida,” said M.W. “Larry” McLaren IV, Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of Crews Bank & Trust. “His leadership will be instrumental as we expand into Orlando and continue our commitment to serving Florida communities with personalized financial guidance.”

Campbell has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience, with expertise in commercial real estate lending, treasury management, deposit growth, and wealth collaboration. Prior to joining Crews Bank & Trust, he served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at another financial institution. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping businesses grow by providing strategic financial guidance and building long-term client relationships.

“I am honored to join Crews Bank & Trust and to help introduce its relationship-focused banking model to the Orlando market,” Campbell said. “Orlando is a vibrant, growing community with tremendous opportunities. I look forward to building an exceptional team that is passionate about serving our clients, supporting our communities, and earning trust one relationship at a time.”

Active in the community, Campbell serves on the boards of the Foundation for Seminole State College, Forest Lake Academy, and Apopka Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is a graduate of Liberty University and lives in Sanford with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two children.

The planned Orlando branch is part of Crews Bank & Trust’s strategic expansion in Florida and remains subject to regulatory approval.
