Chris Elliott Named Commercial Banker at Crews Bank & Trust

Port Charlotte, Fla., Nov. 8, 2024 – The Commercial Banking division at Crews Bank & Trust has announced that Christopher “Chris” Elliott has been promoted to Commercial Banker.

Elliott joined the Bank in 2023 as a credit analyst after graduating from college. The experience he gained from that position has prepared him to step into this new role.

"We're thrilled to promote Chris and we know he will continue to succeed," said Todd Rinehart, Senior Commercial Banker. "His strong work ethic and deep understanding of the local market will be invaluable in his new role. As Southwest Florida continues to expand, he'll have numerous opportunities to support new clients in achieving business success."

A Florida native, Elliott has lived in Englewood his entire life. He worked full-time while attending the University of South Florida, Sarasota and graduated in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is a past volunteer for the Englewood Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Bank, he was employed at a local marina working on the operations side of the business.

"I'm looking forward to serving the community that I grew up in,” commented Elliott on his new role. “I am excited to help foster economic growth in this area, with an organization that shares that same passion.”

When he’s not working, Elliott enjoys boating, fishing and staying in shape through exercise. He is also a coach in competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for local youth.
