Crews Bank & Trust expands Business Banking Team in Polk County

Polk County, Fla., July 15, 2026 — Crews Bank & Trust has announced that Krysta Medley and Ivelisse Gonzalez have joined the bank as Business Relationship Bankers, further strengthening its commitment to building strong business banking relationships across Central Florida. Former Polk County Business Relationship Banker Amy Underwood has been named Treasury Management Sales Officer for the Bank’s North market areas, including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties.

Medley joins as Vice President, Business Relationship Banker, for the Winter Haven area, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services, branch leadership and client relationship management. Known for her commitment to helping businesses grow, she has built a reputation for developing strong client connections and delivering personalized financial guidance.

Gonzalez joins as Assistant Vice President, Business Relationship Banker, at the Lakeland branch, with more than 15 years of banking experience focused on team leadership, community engagement, and helping individuals and small businesses achieve financial success through tailored solutions and financial education. Gonzalez is fluent in Spanish and English, an asset that will allow her to connect with and serve the diverse communities in the Lakeland area.

Underwood, Vice President and Treasury Management Sales Officer, brings more than 25 years of financial services experience to her new role. She joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016 as a personal banker and went on to serve as branch manager in Winter Haven before leading the opening and growth of the Lakeland branch. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Relationship Banker.

As Treasury Management Sales Officer, Underwood will support businesses throughout Central Florida with treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency, help prevent fraud, manage cash flow and support growth. A Florida native, she is actively involved in the Winter Haven, Auburndale and Lakeland Chambers of Commerce and holds an associate degree in business management.
