Crews Bank & Trust welcomes Jennifer Ware as Retail Experience Manager

WAUCHULA, Fla., Nov. 4, 2026 – Crews Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Ware as Vice President, Retail Experience Manager.

Ware brings more than 20 years of experience in banking, business development, market growth and leadership. In her new role, she will focus on enhancing customer experience across the Bank's retail network while supporting employee development and fostering a culture of service excellence.

Originally from Smithville, Tennessee, Ware relocated to Florida nearly five years ago with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix after beginning her studies at Tennessee Tech University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Management through the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her career, Ware has been passionate about developing people and helping organizations achieve growth and success. Her background includes extensive experience leading teams, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

Ware is actively involved in the community, serving as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Charlotte County and chairing the organization's Resource Development Committee. In addition, she supports various local nonprofit organizations and community initiatives, including CARE and Suncoast Humane Society.
