Crews Bank Welcomes Melissa VanOsten as Business Relationship Banker

FORT MYERS, Fla., August 12, 2026 – Crews Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Melissa VanOsten as Business Relationship Banker. Based in Southwest Florida, VanOsten will serve business clients throughout the Fort Myers market, helping local companies build strong banking relationships and achieve their financial goals.

VanOsten relocated to Florida from Western Maryland in 2022 and has more than a decade of experience in business development, relationship management, sales, marketing and client service across a variety of industries.

VanOsten has successfully worked with organizations across multiple industries, helping grow market presence, strengthen client relationships, develop strategic partnerships and support business growth initiatives. Her expertise includes networking, community involvement, event planning, account management and delivering customized solutions that meet client needs.

She also previously served as Visitor Host, Vice President, and Membership Committee member for the BNI (Business Network International) Goal Setters Chapter in Naples, helping welcome new members and strengthen business connections throughout the region.

VanOsten was also an active ambassador for the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce, where she supported membership retention, volunteered at community events and promoted chamber initiatives. In recognition of her contributions, she was named Ambassador of the Year in 2024.

As Business Relationship Banker, VanOsten will focus on helping business owners identify banking solutions tailored to their unique needs while expanding Crews Bank & Trust’s presence and relationships throughout the Fort Myers area.
