After a 10-year career as a US Army Officer and Cobra & Apache Attack Helicopter Pilot, Rob joined the Bank in May of 1996. He continued to serve as a reserve army officer until his honorable discharge in 2018.

Rob has extensive experience in commercial lending. He was the Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer for Wauchula State Bank, the first of Crews Bank & Trust legacy banks. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Ridle Aeronautical University. He also attended the Harvard Business School course on management and the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida.

Born in Highlands County and raised in Wauchula, Rob and his wife, Donna, are long-time residents of Highlands County. He has served in several nonprofit organizations over the years.   

Joanne joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2018 in the Credit Risk Department. She transitioned to a commercial banker for the Highlands County Market in 2020 and was promoted to Vice President in 2024. Joanne is passionate about helping her customers grow and prosper with solutions that fit their specific business needs. 

A lifelong Floridan, Joanne has called Highlands County home since 2006. She serves as a mentor and board member for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Sun Coast. She is also a member and ambassador of the Sebring Chamber of Commerce and is an affiliate member of the Heartland Associate of Realtors.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in her community and spending time outdoors.

Born and raised in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico, Eduardo is fluent in both English and Spanish and brings decades of banking experience to his role. He began his career in 1993 and relocated to Florida in 1997, where he continued building a reputation for personalized service and a genuine commitment to helping customers achieve their financial goals. Since joining the Bank in 2005, Eduardo has become a trusted guide for those navigating consumer lending and home financing.

Eduardo has served on civic and nonprofit boards, including roles as Commissioner of the Avon Park Housing Authority and Secretary of the Lake Placid Noon Rotary Club. He loves helping customers through the meaningful milestone of buying or building a dream home.

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Amy Underwood is a familiar face in Florida’s banking landscape. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Amy’s roots run deep. Her career began in Tampa, followed by a brief time in Georgia, before she joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016 as a personal banker, eager to make a difference in her community. 

Her dedication quickly paid off. In 2017, Amy became branch manager in Winter Haven, and just four years later, she was entrusted with leading the new Lakeland branch, balancing the needs of both locations while nurturing business growth. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Relationship Banker.  

In May 2026, Amy embraced a new challenge, becoming Treasury Management Sales Officer for the North market areas, including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. Her expertise and community involvement have made her a respected figure throughout the region. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy holds an associate degree in business management and is actively involved with the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and past Chair of the Foundation Board, where she’s been honored as a Presidential Ambassador multiple times. She is also involved with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. 

When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy cherishes time with her daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.

Shawanna is lifelong Floridian from Highlands County and currently resides in Sebring. She joined the Bank as a personal banker in 2000, bringing with her over twelve years’ experience in banking, having worked as a teller, lead teller and assistant branch manager. She was promoted to Retail Banking Officer in 2020.

A graduate of Lake Placid High School, Shawanna actively contributes to the community as a Board Member at Nu-Hope Elder Care Services of Highlands County and is a past mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. 

Shawanna has one adult son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and shopping.

Justin joined the Crews Bank & Trust team in 2024, bringing more than a decade of experience. A Florida native originally from the Okeechobee area, he began his career in the engineering field but later made the switch to lending. Justin holds an associate of science degree in Drafting & Design Technology and a bachelor's degree in Technical Management. In 2018, he graduated from the Florida School of Banking.

An active member of the community, Justin is Treasurer of the Avon Park Diamond Club, a local high school baseball booster club, and he serves as a board member and treasurer of the Mason G. Smoak Foundation. He is also a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Wauchula.

In his spare time, Williams spends time outdoors with his wife, Sabrina, and son hunting, fishing, playing golf, and traveling.
