A proud seventh-generation Arcadian, Justin joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2022, bringing deep local roots and a strong commitment to community leadership in his role as Area President for DeSoto and Hardee Counties. In August 2026, Justin was named Executive Vice President, Community Banking Officer. In his expanded role, Justin provides oversight and direct leadership for the bank’s legacy regions, including Englewood-Boca Grande, Charlotte County, Highlands County and Sarasota County. He works closely with other leaders to advance the bank’s customer-focused approach, support employee development and promote consistent communication across the organization.

Justin has extensive experience in commercial lending, financial management and marketing and is actively involved in numerous local organizations, including the South Florida State College District Board of Trustees, the DeSoto County Chamber of Commerce, the DeSoto County Economic Development Advisory Council, youth agricultural programs, the Arcadia Rodeo Association and Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church. Fussell earned an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Fe College and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education and Communication from the University of Florida, with minors in management, sales in agribusiness and leadership.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and giving back through volunteer efforts that strengthen the community he proudly calls home.

Christy is a fifth-generation Floridian who has remained in the Heartland area. She began her banking career with the Bank in 1990. Christy was an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Sebring for many years, serving as Treasurer. She is currently involved with the Bartow and Wauchula Chamber of Commerce. She recently joined the board for the Big Brother Big Sisters Hardee County Club. She enjoys the outdoors, including hunting and fishing, and spending time with her family.

Ben Wyatt brings together strong analytical expertise and real‑world experience to deliver strategic, relationship‑focused banking solutions. A former U.S. Navy cryptologist with a Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance, Ben developed his foundation in high‑stakes environments, supporting Naval Intelligence operations during the Afghan and Iraq wars aboard multiple vessels.

After completing his military service, Ben earned his MBA and began his banking career in 2008. He joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2014 as a Senior Credit Analyst, where he built specialized expertise in investment real estate, agriculture, and owner‑operated businesses.

In 2021, Ben transitioned into his role as a Commercial Banker, partnering with business owners and investors to structure customized financing solutions that support long‑term growth. Known for his thoughtful approach, strong analytical skills, and commitment to client success, Ben helps businesses move forward with confidence and clarity.

A Florida native and lifelong resident of Winter Haven, Patty began her career in banking as soon as she graduated from Winter Haven High School, joining the Bank in 1994, after working for another financial institution for several years. She started out as a loan secretary before moving into Retail and Business Banking and serving as Branch Manager of the former Zolfo Springs office. She returned to the Wauchula office in late 2019 as a Consumer Lender, while also continuing to serve as a Personal Banker and working with the bank’s Loan Profit Centers. Patty has recently taken a new position as a Business Relationship Banker in our Bowling Green office.  She assists small businesses to grow utilizing our services such as commercial loans, deposit accounts, cash management services and merchant services.

She is heavily involved with the Wauchula Lions Club, helping her fellow club members in fighting blindness, caring for the environment, feeding the hungry, aiding seniors and the disabled, has recently become a Big Sister with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Sun Coast – Hardee County as well as other community projects.

Patty and her husband, Roger, have two daughters and three grandchildren. When not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with the grandkids.

Born and raised in Fort Meade, Nettie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Southeastern University in Lakeland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Warner University in Lake Wales. She joined the Bank in 2006 and continued her education, completing the Florida School of Banking. Nettie has extensive experience in lending and consumer lending underwriting. 

Nettie is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Wauchula, and has served as president, vice president, and secretary. She is highly involved in the annual Kiwanis Clay Shoot, helping raise funds for the children in her community.

Nettie resides in Wauchula with her husband and children. In her spare time, she prefers to be 120 feet below the ocean surface spearfishing alongside her husband.

Michelle joined Crews Bank & Trust in January 1990 and has held a variety of roles, learning from each position and steadily advancing into management. She began her career as a teller in Arcadia before transitioning to new account services in 1995. Two years later, she moved into the bookkeeping department, where she concluded her three-year tenure as head bookkeeper. In 2005, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Operations, and within four years, she earned the title of Vice President. In 2023, she was appointed the Regional Retail Administrator for the northern region of Crews Bank & Trust, and in March 2026, she rejoined the Arcadia team as Retail Banking Officer, where she has built relationships with many customers over the years. In August 2026, Michelle was promoted to Senior Retail Banking Officer, overseeing retail banking for the DeSoto and Hardee County areas. Her expanded role helps ensure continued service excellence and employee development.

A dedicated member of the DeSoto County community for more than 30 years, Michelle has volunteered with Arcadia Main Street, Arcadia Kiwanis Club, Arcadia Centennial Lions Club, and the DeSoto County Historical Society.

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Amy Underwood is a familiar face in Florida’s banking landscape. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Amy’s roots run deep. Her career began in Tampa, followed by a brief time in Georgia, before she joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016 as a personal banker, eager to make a difference in her community. 

Her dedication quickly paid off. In 2017, Amy became branch manager in Winter Haven, and just four years later, she was entrusted with leading the new Lakeland branch, balancing the needs of both locations while nurturing business growth. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Relationship Banker.  

In May 2026, Amy embraced a new challenge, becoming Treasury Management Sales Officer for the Central Florida area, including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. In this role, she supports businesses with treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency, help prevent fraud, manage cash flow, and support growth. Her expertise and community involvement have made her a respected figure throughout the region. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy holds an associate degree in business management and is actively involved with the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and past Chair of the Foundation Board, where she’s been honored as a Presidential Ambassador multiple times. She is also involved with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. 

When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy cherishes time with her daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.

Although Debbie’s roots are in West Virginia's Hardy County, she has called Florida home for over 30 years and currently resides in Zolfo Springs. Her banking career began in 1991 when she moved to Florida, and since 1999 she has been a part of our team, transitioning from a personal banker to a Business Relationship Banker.

While attending high school, she also attended South Branch Vocational Center during her junior and senior years, graduating with her high school diploma and her diploma in Business from SBVC.

Debbie is a member of the Hardee Country Chamber of Commerce and serves as their Executive Board Secretary. In 2021, Debbie was honored as the Hardee County Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year, as recognition to her contributions to the community.

Debbie has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years and they have two wonderful children, a daughter, and a son.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on cruises and walking.

Enith joined the Bank in 2019 as a Personal Banker and became Retail Operations Manager in 2023. She was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Officer for the Wauchula branch in October 2025. Prior to joining Crews, she worked in customer-facing roles that strengthened her leadership and service skills.

Born in Mexico and a Hardee County resident since the age of six, Enith is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to build meaningful relationships with a diverse client base. She actively supports local organizations, including the Hardee County Fairgrounds and South Florida State College. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting Technology and is a Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society member.

Outside of work, Enith enjoys traveling with her husband and son, exploring nature destinations and Florida’s theme parks.
