When Robin joined the Bank in November of 2019, he brought with him more than 30 years of banking experience, including proficiencies in lending, underwriting and loan management. Robin grew up in Orlando and has lived in Central Florida for 15 years. He has a strong understanding of the business community and is committed to providing business owners the service they deserve.

Robin graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BSBA (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration) degree in finance and has been involved with various Central Florida Chambers of Commerce. He has a son who is a physician's assistant and lieutenant in the Florida National Guard and a daughter who is an ICU nurse.

Since joining Crews Bank & Trust in January 2017 as a Business Banker, John has been a driving force behind building new business relationships and deepening service to existing customers across the Polk County market. He became a Commercial Banker in October 2019 and continued to serve Polk County, working alongside the Winter Haven and Lakeland teams to support the region’s growth goals with practical, relationship-first guidance. In 2026, he was named Area President for Polk County.

A seventh-generation Floridian born in Lakeland, John attended Bartow Senior High School and earned a business administration degree in finance from the University of South Florida. He later graduated from Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking.

John is active in the community through his membership in the Winter Haven and Bartow Chambers of Commerce. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, watching college football, planting trees, and improving wildlife habitats.

With more than 25 years in the financial services industry, Amy Underwood is a familiar face in Florida’s banking landscape. Born and raised in the Sunshine State, Amy’s roots run deep. Her career began in Tampa, followed by a brief time in Georgia, before she joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016 as a personal banker, eager to make a difference in her community. 

Her dedication quickly paid off. In 2017, Amy became branch manager in Winter Haven, and just four years later, she was entrusted with leading the new Lakeland branch, balancing the needs of both locations while nurturing business growth. In 2024, she was promoted to Vice President, Business Relationship Banker.  

In May 2026, Amy embraced a new challenge, becoming Treasury Management Sales Officer for the Central Florida area, including DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands, and Polk Counties. In this role, she supports businesses with treasury management solutions designed to improve efficiency, help prevent fraud, manage cash flow, and support growth. Her expertise and community involvement have made her a respected figure throughout the region. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Amy holds an associate degree in business management and is actively involved with the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and past Chair of the Foundation Board, where she’s been honored as a Presidential Ambassador multiple times. She is also involved with the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce. 

When she’s not working or volunteering, Amy cherishes time with her daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time at the beach or in the mountains.

With more than 20 years of banking experience, including prior service as a Branch Operations Manager at another financial institution, Karla joined Crews Bank & Trust as a Personal Banking in 2021. She became Assistant Vice President, Retail Banking Office in 2024 and was promoted to Vice President in 2026. She oversees both the Winter Haven and Lakeland branches, managing the day-to-day operations and creating a focused business plan for future growth and success in the Polk County area.

Born in Peru and raised in New York, Huaman moved to Florida in 2018. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children and visiting family in Japan, Canada and Spain. She also gives back to the community by participating in local food drives and distributing food to those in need, reflecting her commitment to serving others both inside and outside the bank.

Amanda joined the Bank in 2025 as a Residential Lending Officer, bringing with her over 17 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as Vice President, Residential and Consumer Lending Officer, and Branch Manager at another financial institution in Florida.

Before transitioning into banking, Amanda spent several years in the insurance industry, further broadening her financial expertise. She currently holds Series 6 and 63 Investment and Investment Law licenses.

Amanda is committed to giving back to her community. She has been an active member of the East Polk County Association of Realtors and the Polk County Builders Association. Her leadership roles include serving on the boards of Girls, Inc. of Winter Haven and Kiwanis of Winter Haven. She has also led as the Winter Haven Chamber Ambassador and contributed to the Polk State Alumni Association.

A proud native of Haines City, Amanda comes from a family of lifelong Floridians. She now lives and works in Winter Haven. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, attending sporting events, reading, and staying active outdoors. She is also an active member of her church, the Winter Haven Worship Center.

Krysta Medley is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in business banking, branch leadership, and client relationship management. She joined Crews Bank & Trust in June 2026 as Vice President, Business Relationship Banker. In this role, she focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with local businesses, delivering tailored financial solutions, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Krysta brings more than a decade of leadership experience supporting consumer and small business clients, with a proven ability to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and build lasting client partnerships. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for aligning financial solutions with each client’s unique needs and long-term objectives.

Active in her local community, Krysta is a Winter Haven Chamber Presidential Ambassador and serves on the Board of the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce, where she is also a past president. She is a member of BNI, Business Networking International, and serves on the Board of Directors and as treasurer for FAB, Females Advancing Business. Krysta lives in Winter Haven with her husband, Chris, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and giving back to her community.
