Miami leads the list, with the number of home sellers exceeding homebuyers by a staggering 148%. Florida and Texas dominate the rankings, with four cities from each state making the top 12.
The data suggests that inventory has risen significantly in these markets, giving buyers more options, greater negotiating power, and increased opportunities.
