Contents

Today’s Chart of the Day is from Wealth.com and shows the various reasons why you should revisit (or obtain one if you don’t) your Estate Plan, which often includes a will, power of attorney, living will, health care surrogate, and possibly a trust, if needed.

Reasons to revisit your plans are major life events, such as becoming a grandparent, marriage, birth of a child, and retirement.  Other reasons could be a serious health change for you, your spouse, or your children, a sudden change in your wealth, or the acquisition of a significant asset, such as a business.
