Michelle began her banking career in Massachusetts in 1985 as a teller and advanced to management by 1991. After relocating to Florida in 2004, she joined the Bank in 2006 and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Branch Manager of the Gulf Cove Office in 2007 and later Vice President, Retail Banking Officer of the Englewood branch in 2019. She holds certifications in branch management and consumer lending, is a graduate of the Leadership Englewood Program, and has actively supported the local Chamber of Commerce through committee work and fundraising efforts.
